Info for participants: The two-hour workshop is aimed at people with little or no previous singing experience and welcomes especially Black and/or queer people. While exploring the voice as an instrument, FAYIM deals with the technical and emotional aspects of singing. The focus of the workshop is on acquiring knowledge about the basics of singing, building a warm-up routine, teaching vocal exercises and tips for solo and group performances.

FAYIM

FAYIM is a multidisciplinary artist, singer, arranger and songwriter. In his long musical career, he has gained extensive experience in singing and performance in various parts of the music industry. As a front, background, live and studio singer, he has been collaborating with national and international artists from various genres and artistic disciplines for over 15 years (e.g. for productions with Sony Music, Universal Music, Warner Music, Amazon Prime Concerts, The Voice Kids and Red Bull Symphonic).
